Installing and Registering PocketCache

Installation
As of 2005, SanDisk flash drives include a bundled version of PocketCache software. If you purchased an earlier version of SanDisk flash drive, you should first download a free, trial version of software from www.sandisk.com or this site. To install PocketCache, make sure you have your Cruzer flash drive installed in a USB slot prior to initiating installation -- the software is installed ON YOUR FLASH DRIVE, not your PC.

Initiating Registration
PocketCache registration is designed to be automatic if you have an Internet connection to your computer. Simply press the "register" button on the opening screen, and PocketCache will take you to the purchasing screen and automatically insert your registration number.

Manual input of registration number
If, for some reason, the registration number is not inserted automatically, please carefully enter the registration number as shown on the opening screen of PocketCache. Note: when transcribing the number, there are NO alphabetic "O" characters -- use the number "0" instead.

Reinstalling PocketCache
After installing PocketCache, you will not be able to copy or move it to another flash drive (registration and purchase are for a single-copy license). If you need to re-install your software, you will need to contact Kadena Technical support by e-mail. We will check your purchasing record and re-issue a registration number.
